Yes, all orders are tied to a specific email address, so you need to register before you can place an order.
There is no minimum order amount for orders.
The payment time depends on the payment method you choose:
- Bank Transfer : Payments are received once they have been transferred and processed.
- PayPal : Receive money when you submit your order.
Inventory cannot be automatically held until an order is submitted. Components that you have picked in your shopping cart will not be reserved until the order is submitted.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after submitting your order, which includes your sales order (ASO) number. You can also log in online and confirm that your order shows as "Submitted"
When your chosen carrier picks up your order, you will receive an email with a sales invoice and order tracking number. Note that some email providers occasionally mistakenly identify such emails and place them in the Bulk or Junk folder.
In general, orders that have already been submitted cannot be cancelled. In case of special circumstances, please submit << return request form to us >> and upon consent you will receive an RMA number and instructions on the return packaging. Once the order is shipped, a copy of the sales invoice will be copied to the email address provided on the order and, if applicable, to the email address listed in the billing account.
As a registered user, you can retrieve a copy of your sales invoice in your order history at any time.

- ontechelec.com supplied components are usually RoHS compliant. The RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) was created to regulate components made from hazardous materials such as lead and cadmium.
- Our RoHS data is based on information provided by our suppliers and every effort is made to clearly label known RoHS products.
Most of the products in stock include batch (D/C) information on the search results page, but about 20% of the items only show the batch (D/C) to be 2 years old. We work with suppliers who do not currently provide lot (D/C) information to develop a process and strive to use this process so that all components listed on our website include lot (D/C) details.
Transport
You will receive an email with the tracking number of the item when the carrier picks up the order; Or you can enter it into your registered account, click "View Order" and view the shipping information of the specified invoice.
Delivery of domestic orders is generally shipped from Shenzhen within 24 hours, and overseas orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 24-72 hours, depending on the storage location and delivery time.

There are several reasons why your order may be delayed, including:
